BioMe Fundamentals starts with an immersive 2-day course, giving you the motivation, knowledge, and tools to transform. This is followed by a personalised 3-month Eat, Move, Sleep programme, providing you with everything you need to get started. But it doesn’t stop there. We’ll be with you for the next 3 months to keep you on track, adjust your programme, and celebrate your success.
BioMe Fundamentals is available as a full-board residential course, offering ultimate immersion; or a non-residential course, offering more convenience and flexibility.
